Return Policy
Personal care items are non-returnable.
Special order items are non-returnable unless defective.
If the item(s) you have ordered are defective, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct shipping address before you ship the products back. All products must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date.
We happily accept returns for non-defective products and/or incorrect shipments, provided that:
- you contact us first to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct shipping address before you ship the products back
- the products are returned within 14 days of the original ship date
- the products are unopened
- the products have not expired.
Many of the items that we stock carry manufacturer’s warranties. We will be happy to coordinate replacement and repair of items during their warranty period.
Please note that all returns may be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
